Learn to roll a kayak efficiently through our personalised rolling clinic.
Whether you are completely new to rolling or just want some fine-tuning, our kayak rolling clinic is designed to help you develop an effective and efficient roll. As a beginner you can use a variety of boats to help you get to grips with the basics of rolling a kayak. For paddlers who are already able to roll we will help you improve your technique to make it as reliable as possible. Understanding the fundamentals of paddlesport is the key to an efficient roll and they will be used throughout the course to leave you feeling comfortable and competent about your roll. The sessions will take place in a heated swimming pool and external venues will also be used where appropriate.
Previous experience: able to comfortably capsize while wearing a spray deck.
Length: Sunday evening (2 hours).
