AIMS.
All these programmes aim to develop personal skills, expand working
relationships, appreciate the dynamics of efficient teamwork,
and to reduce lost time and frustration by communicating more
effectively. Corporate events are mainly aimed at relaxation,
reward and fun, but can have an objective to enhance working relationships.

TRAINING METHODS.
During the course participants are placed in specific activity
roles such as Co-ordinator, Technician, Time manager and Equipment
Manager. Their rolls rotate through-out the course period. Their
performances are monitored and charted as an individual, as well
as a team profile being produced. By the end the course an extensive
compilation of profiles will emerge.
NVQ & GNVQ
Courses can be geared for these levels with the relevant core
skill packages utilized.
BENEFITS of using the Outdoors for Training.
The outdoors is used to provide a variety of novel experiences.
The opportunity of a new learning environment is fully exploited
(eg. new physical experiences, new places, new relationships,
new challenges, new responsibilities and new rules.) The identification
of strengths and weaknesses, as well as overcoming problems in
stressful situations that arise in alien working environments.
These are real and "here and now" repercussions to ones
actions. Briefings, discussions, analysis workshops and debriefs
are held indoors in our lecture rooms. Video, OHPs, flipcharts
& boards are available for use.
CHALLENGES.
Personal challenges are totally different to the challenges at
work but the requirements to plan, make decisions and turn those
decisions into action are still the same. This tends to increase
the process of involvement and enhances the experience of planning
and decision making at all levels.
APPLICATION.
The trainer or manager concerned can apply the information produced
to structure a future training programme within the companies
training strategy.
DURATION.
- 2 DAY (eg. weekend) - Condensed version.
NB.profiles not normally supplied with this course.
- 4 DAY (eg. Tues - Fri.) - Profile course.
- 5 DAY (eg. Mon - Fri.) - Profile course.
1/2 or whole day intro programmes are available on request.
Although a minimum of 2 days is recommended to produce the best
results.
CORPORATE EVENTS.
Our aim is to ensure your delegates needs are entertained while
you retain control of your requirements. Events can be focused
on pure entertainment through to business contact and reward.
Venues can be varied to supply different environments, entertainment
and comforts. We understand that delivery and organisational content
needs to be "owned" by the client, to this view we would
help you address your business needs with the most efficient and
effective manner where possible.
As these events are very personal to the clients requirements
there is no set structure. We would advise that this is discussed
with us to ensure that the best possible design of event is achieved.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE.
Groups should arrive at about 5 pm the night before the course
starts and depart shortly after breakfast following the last night
of the course. We will do our best to cater for any other arrangements
you may require. If you would like to explore other possibilities

event to your specific requirements. .
