Alternatively, if you have a group of five or more, it's often cheaper to book me for a private course and I'll come to you.

We'll spend as much time as we can actively dealing with mock incidents and as little as possible frying our brains in front of powerpoints.

Courses are aimed at outdoor instructors, teachers, group leaders and anyone who might need to use their first aid skills in remote or rural areas.

The 2 day course and above will validate outdoor qualifications with MLT, RYA, BCU and Scottish Cycling.
