Description:
This is an open course, available to all young people between the ages of 16 and 25.

The fully equipped residential centre (approximately 20 miles from Hereford) has excellent on-site facilities set in 15 acres of private grounds and is located between the eastern edge of the Black Mountains and the River Monnow. Within the grounds there is a canoe training pool, an abseil tower, a zip wire, a ropes course, climbing walls, navigation courses and problem solving exercises.

The Brecon Beacons, the Wye Valley, the Forest of Dean and South Wales are within easy reach.

There is a qualified and experienced staff team and we offer challenging but safe outdoor and adventurous activities.

The centre is fully licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing

A wide range of activity options are available. These include:
Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Caving, Rafting, Canoeing, Kayaking, Ropes Course, Orienteering, Gorge Walking, Mountain and Forest Walks, Swimming, Zip Wire, Challenge Wall, Camping, Navigation, Bivouacs

Longtown has added a computer suite to the available facilities. You can now capture all your activities on the Centre's digital camera to produce a pictorial record of your visit on a CD to take away with you.
