Pete has many years experience of delivering NGB and skills courses across the UK, including at the National Mountain centres, and has been based in the Highlands of Scotland for the last 15 years.

Pete is co-author of the highly acclaimed ‘Mountain Skills Training Handbook’ and is currently Chairman of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors (AMI).

Most courses are based in the North-East of Scotland, although dates and venues can be arranged to suit, should a club, for instance, wish to have a course tailor-made for them.
