Ascent Training delivers SPA courses throughout the year. Below are a number of courses that we have running until the end of this year.

Assessment courses
August 31st to 2nd September
September 28th to 30th
Cost £120

All courses are based in Lake District but use bases in the Ingleton area for day one and the Lakes for day two.
