Dryad Bushcraft is a young and innovative Bushcraft and Survival course activity provider, based on the Gower Peninsular in South Wales. This location is situated close to the Western end of the M4 Motorway, only 3 hours from Central London. The Peninsular was designated the UK’s first AONB in 1956, and hosts an unrivalled range of terrain and scenery.


Dryad Bushcraft offers a range of innovative Bushcraft and Survival Courses in South Wales, and our Wilderness Gourmet course is the perfect way to learn how to find and prepare wild foods.

For the intrepid Gastronome the outdoors offers some fantastic opportunities to explore the many fantastic flavours and seasonal delicacies available on the Gower Peninsular.

Using a combination of Wild ingredients and local produce we will spend the day creating a fabulous meal. All cooking will be done over a Wood Fire, (lit using friction of course).
