A jargon free, practical training course that satisfies the requirements of most NGBs including ML, SPA, SMBLA, BCU and RYA.

This course is designed and taught by experienced medics and takes place on the hillside of one of the most wild and stunning areas of Wales.



The course is heavily practical and includes Basic Life Support, Incident Management, Outdoor Specific Injuries, Casualty Simulation and First Aid At Night.

Our course is low cost and includes Accommodation, Food, Refreshments and All Training Materials. We can also run courses exclusive to your group, location and budget.
