Marketing Co-ordinator

High Adventure Outdoor Education Centre is seeking a client facing marketer able to co-ordinate multiple campaigns across multiple media. Working as part of our small office team you will use your years of experience in marketing to take our marketing to a new level. You will come from a proven background of designing and delivering new and exciting marketing strategies to increase customer bookings. You will ideally have a working knowledge of the primary and secondary school’s market and the outdoor activities industry.

High Adventure is a market leader in the delivery of residential activity programmes for primary and secondary schools. Within our team your main responsibility will be for the day to day management of our marketing strategy. You will be client facing and work closely with inhouse resource to implement the strategy.

The Role:
Deliver and co-ordinate marketing campaigns
Familiar with all inbound channels and able to implement tactical activity on them
Analyse and present on performance of campaigns
Familiar with the changing landscape of our clients
Develop and implement a marketing plan that generates school residential bookings

The Successful Candidate
Be able to lead the overall marketing strategy
Communicate effectively results
Adapt plans following performance analysis
Be confident in face to face meetings
Be passionate about developing our brand
Hold a degree in Marketing
Able to develop and implement social media, letter marketing and direct marketing
