Each year around 80,000 person sessions are delivered to a wide range of clientele from schools / scouts to families and competitive events. We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing instructors to join our growing team to help deliver these exciting and educational activities for the 2018 season. The role will also involve supervising the camping operations and assisting with the coarse fishing and development of all site activities.
The role may include working at other sites on occasions. This will include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Rates of pay are competitive for the industry and based on experience and qualifications, reduced rate camping is also available for anyone living outside of the region. The wider package of benefits includes access to our equipment for your personal development and a discount across other SWLT products and services including our cafes.
