The role is a fixed term contract over the summer season and may include working at other sites on occasions. All contracts to include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Rates of pay are competitive for the industry and based on experience and qualifications, reduced rate camping is also available for anyone living outside of the region. The wider package of benefits includes access to our equipment for your personal development and a discount across other SWLT products and services including our cafes.
