The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

We are looking for people who hold at least two of the following awards:
- BCU Level 2 Coach
- SPA or CWA,
- ML or Hill and Moorland or Lowland Leader
- Local Cave Mine Leader Award
- Other qualifications of equal relevance will be considered

This is an exciting opportunity to use a wide variety of Adventurous Activities to reach some of the most disengaged young people in the UK.

Working within an experienced team of instructors, you will deliver a varied programme of activities, courses, and residentials that really focuses on personal and social development in the outdoors.
Applicants need to be able to engage, empower and inspire young people through adventurous activity and would ideally have experience of supporting challenging young people

This will depend on the nature of the position and the circumstances and background of your offences. A copy of The Trust's Recruitment of Ex-Offenders policy is also available on request.

Recognised up to date evidence of competence to deliver adventurous /residential activity and a willingness to work towards your continued professional development.
