Project Co-ordinator 'Our Endeavour'

Endeavour is pleased to be in receipt of funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund to support young people to develop personal and heritage skills.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join us as a Project Co-ordinator to develop and deliver a new programme 'Our Endeavour' with our partner the Peak District National Park.

The successful candidate will work with referral agencies to identify young people who are eligible for the programme, co-ordinate the development of personal skills in young people, delivery of sessions, and maintenance of partnership relationships.

Main Role
To deliver programmes for marginalized disadvantaged young people to:
- Gain an understanding of the natural beauty of national parks
- Improve their wellbeing through visits to places of natural beauty
- Develop heritage skills which can be transferred to careers in manufacturing, engineering, land management and tourism.
