An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the expeditions team as the School Programme Coordinator.

Job Description:
The School Programme Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that students are fully equipped to undertake life changing trips to remote destinations across the world.

Over the coming years, Adventure Lifesigns will be taking groups to Africa, South America, Europe and Asia. These expeditions range from 1- 4 weeks and combine personal development with worthwhile community projects and physical challenges.

The School Programme Coordinator is required to present key information to students and parents at our expedition skills training days, provide administrative support to the Expedition Managers and will be the main point of contact for parents throughout the build up to the expedition.

Please note that this job will involve out of hours meetings and occasional weekend work.

Candidate Requirements
Essential

Computer literate, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Previous work experience in a customer facing and administrative role
Confident public speaker
Attention to detail
No criminal record
Full UK drivers licence

Desirable
Independent and group travel to remote destinations
Expedition experience
