Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced member of staff to become a key member of the Programme Team, based at Fairthorne Manor, near Southampton.

Mainly responsible for the programming and staffing for the activity side of the centre but also occasionally involved in instructing and supervising a range of activity programmes. Activities include traditional outdoor pursuits such as canoeing/kayaking, climbing and sailing; as well as playwork and youth work projects both on and off site.

Senior positions start in December 2008, suitable for individuals wanting to further their career in outdoor education and who are capable of taking on the responsibility of programming and staffing the centre's programme.
