Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced member of staff to become a key member of the Programme Team, based at Fairthorne Manor, near Southampton. Instructing and supervising a range of activity programmes and leading a team of instructors. Activities include traditional outdoor pursuits such as canoeing/kayaking, climbing and sailing; as well as playwork and youth work projects both on and off site.
Senior positions start in December 2008, suitable for individuals wanting to further their career in outdoor education and who are capable of taking on responsibility for helping to run the programme team.
