Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team at Delphi Adventure Company as our Land Activities Co-ordinator. We need a strong team player who is passionate about the outdoors and enjoy the challenges of working with children and adults. This person will also need to motivate a team of instructors throughout the season to ensure the quality of our service is maintained and improved upon wherever possible.

Salary and contract will be commensurate with your experience and level of qualifications.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior role and in managing people. This person should be focused, resourceful and capable of operating in a fast paced environment. They will need to have Mountain Skills Assessed, Multi Pitch Award or MIA Training. As well as training and motivating a team of instructors, this person will also be taking sessions and maintaining a high standard of service for all clients.
