Dragoman is looking for people to lead and drive trips throughout the world in our custom built overland trucks.

The following personal qualities are essential:
- Enthusiasm and passion for travel
- A friendly and sociable personality with an enjoyment for working with all kinds of people
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Resourcefulness and ability to use initiative

Job Requirements, you must be:
- 25 years of age or over
- In possession of or willing to obtain a LGV/PCV driving licence
- Able to commit to a minimum 15-month contract
- Have travelled through Developing countries
- Tour leading experience an advantage but not essential

Dragoman Overland provides an extensive 8 week, UK-based in-house training programme prior to being sent overseas to work.
