We use a mixture of outdoor adventurous and other challenging activities as part of a personal development programme to engage Swansea’s socially excluded young people and we want you to join our team. We are looking for two new staff to help extend our range of outdoor activities and help to develop young people and other staff.

In return we offer: Salary £13,800 - £18,500 dependent on experience and qualifications, with the potential to rise, 36 days’ holiday including bank holidays, weekends off to do the things you enjoy, permanent employment benefits such as pension and stability, as well as plenty of opportunities to develop yourself.
