Description: Julian Housing Support is a Norfolk wide, nationally recognised, charity providing housing support and supported accommodation for people with mental health problems.
Discovery Quest is a Julian Housing initiative, providing a unique community based recreational programme for adults with severe and enduring mental illness living in Norfolk. Discovery Quest is an innovative and challenging walking / outdoor based therapy project.
* Do you have a coaching/instructor qualification in outdoor activities i.e. MIA, ML, WGL, HND or degree in outdoor education or related field?
* Are you self-motivated and able to work well within a team?
* Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and good, basic administrative skills?
* Are you able to demonstrate emotional resilience when faced with difficult and personally demanding situations?
To provide the delivery of Discovery Quest's outdoor activity, education & environmental studies programme to a range of adults with mental illness, at a level appropriate to their abilities and needs of the groups.
