As part of the outdoor pursuits team you will assist the Outdoor Pursuits Manager in ensuring the successful running of the Action Company unit, this will include all aspects of day to day staff training and Health & Safety.
You will need to meet and exceed Guest Questionnaire targets through ensuring quality guest care and satisfaction throughout the department. You will need to maintain existing products and develop new products all within set budgets whilst continuously increasing profitability.
