Major Tasks include instructing and leading groups in a range of activities, responsibility for managing the equipment store and maintaining equipment, assist in the administration, organisation and development of Outfit Moray, and maintaining a positive and supportive culture.

Applicants should have practical outdoor experience in working with young people, will be confident and effective communicators, have the ability to effectively manage and co-ordinate resources and will be caring, empathetic and flexible.

In addition to the essential qualifications the following are highly desirable - Level 3 open canoe or inland kayak; Summer ML; SPA; Trail Cycle Leader; SRT 1; Full Driving Licence with D1E
