Description:
A Head Cook required immediately for our thriving sailing centre. Living onboard our converted Mersey Ferry, permanently moored in the stunning Salcombe Estuary, you will head up a team of three people providing meals to our guests and staff - most of whom are accommodated onboard. In charge of ordering, menu-planning and health & safety in the galley, you will be able to work without supervision in a customer-facing environment.
