Description: The Kingswood Learning and Leisure Group have a vacancy for a WaterSports Group Manager. The successful candidate will be a BCU Level 3 Coach Sea or a BCU Level 3 Coach with 4* Sea as a minimum. The qualification also needs to be valid with a current first aid qualification.
As the role is a group position you will be responsible for the training and development of staff at several of our UK Based centres so there will be a certain amount of travel and also flexibility required within the role.
