Entry Level Instructor Training Scheme

This two year entry level training scheme will provide comprehensive in-house training, group experience and external assessment in your chosen field when appropriate. The Castle Toward Team contribute to all aspects of the residential outdoor education experience through instruction, house duties and development of sessions.

Castle Toward offers kayaking , hillwalking, canoeing, high ropes, orienteering, archery and gorgewalking as well as sports boat training and assessment, Heartstart Instuctor training and other awards.

Opportunities for taking a major role in developing young children in beautiful surroundings are offered in this training scheme. One year placement are offered to probationary teachers.
